At Miami Beauty Supply, we take pride in providing fast and efficient shipping services to our customers. Over 80% of our orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours, and for residents of Ottawa City, orders made before 2 pm will be delivered on the same day. However, some items may require ordering from our manufacturers, which may take up to 5 - 7 business days.

To ensure your items arrive in a timely manner, we use a combination of shipping carriers, including Canada Post, Purolator, DHL, Fedex, and UPS. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address at the time of your order as we cannot guarantee corrections after the order has been delivered to our carriers. Shipping typically takes 1 to 3 business days for delivery within Ontario and Quebec, and 1 to 7 business days for other provinces.

Shipping to Remote Locations in Canada
Miami Beauty Supply is committed to delivering high-quality products to all parts of Canada, but some locations are considered remote due to their distance from shipping hubs, low frequency of service from shippers, and challenging delivery conditions. These locations may include Canada Post Air Stage locations that receive mail via airlift at certain times of the year.

In the event that we are unable to honor a delivery to a remote location, we will provide a full refund for the concerned order. Please note that some items may not be eligible for shipping to remote locations and in these cases, we will provide a refund for the concerned product. Return policy

At Miami Beauty Supply, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we’re here to make the process as seamless as possible. Here is our return policy for your reference:

General Policy

  • We offer free exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order for store credit or a different product.
  • Item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all original tags, paperwork, manuals, and accessories. Returned items must be unopened, unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • To initiate a return, please fill out our Contact Form found on our website and submit it to us. We will review your request and provide you with an authorized return number within 1-2 business days.
  • Returned items will be inspected within 3 to 10 business days of receiving the package.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional costs associated with returning an item.
  • If the original order qualifies for free or promotional shipping, original shipping costs will be deducted from the return.
  • We recommend shipping returns using a traceable delivery method for proof of delivery.
  • Claims for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery and must be accompanied by evidence in the form of photos.
  • These claims may take 1 to 8 business days to resolve after submission.
